EDC receives PR award for handbook on geothermal process

Energy Development Corp. has received the prestigious Anvil Award of Excellence for its handbook "Geothermal: A Clean Power Solution", which showcases the business model of EDC in explaining why one should advocate for geothermal energy.
Announced today, Energy Development Corp. (EDC) in the Philippines received a prestigious Award for its 2012 Sustainability report, and for a handbook on the geothermal process.
The Anvil Awards of Excellence of the Public Relations Society of the Philippines, cited the the “Geothermal: A Clean Power Solution”, as a “great way for showcasing the business model of EDC through a visually appealing handbook explaining why Filipinos should should advocate for geothermal energy and be proud of EDC. ”
In a video posted a while ago “shows the Energy Development Corporation’s Geothermal Value Chain, a chain of processes the company follow in its work: exploration, steam field development, power generation, environmental protection, and community development.”
